Product Description
Stainless steel wire mesh is made from high-quality stainless steel wire, stretched to a specified diameter under specific high-temperature process conditions using a drawing machine, and then woven in a constant temperature, dust-free, and clean workshop using a weaving machine.
Material of stainless steel wire mesh:Stainless steel wire. The materials of stainless steel wire are further divided into: SUS302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.
Weaving range of stainless steel wire mesh:1--600 mesh
Common widths of stainless steel wire mesh:0.914 meters, 1 meter, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, 2 meters
The general length of stainless steel wire mesh is 30 meters; special lengths: 15 meters, 61 meters, 91.5 meters
Characteristics of stainless steel wire mesh:It has properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
Weaving methods of stainless steel wire mesh:Plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, sieve-type twill weave, double-wire Dutch weave, five-surface weave.
Plain weave:Each warp thread crosses above and below each weft thread; the warp and weft threads are of the same thickness, and the warp and weft lines form a 90-degree angle in the weaving method.
Twill weave:Each warp thread crosses above and below every two weft threads; each weft thread crosses above and below every two warp threads in the weaving method.
Dense weave:The diameters of the warp and weft threads are different, as are the mesh counts; characterized by sparse warp and dense weft, thick warp and thin weft. The length direction is the warp thread, and the width direction is the weft thread. Dense mesh is further divided into sieve-type plain weave and sieve-type twill weave.
Sieve-type twill weave:Each warp thread crosses above and below every two weft threads; each weft thread crosses above and below every two warp threads in the weaving method.
Double-wire Dutch weave:This weaving is very similar to twill Dutch weaving; there are two weft lines that can be tightly stacked with the warp lines. This type of fabric is often used for filtering at the micron level.
Five-surface weave:In this weaving method, both the warp and weft threads are not single strands but several separate strands woven together. This weaving provides a stronger and more durable stainless steel fabric based on twill weaving.
Uses of stainless steel wire mesh:Used in industries such as mining, petroleum, chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and machinery manufacturing.
