Product Description
Stainless steel wire mesh is made from high-quality stainless steel wire, stretched to the specified wire diameter under specific high-temperature process conditions using a drawing machine, and then woven in a constant temperature, dust-free, and clean workshop using a weaving machine.
Material of stainless steel wire mesh:Stainless steel wire. The materials of stainless steel wire are divided into: SUS302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.
Weaving range of stainless steel wire mesh:1--600 mesh
Common widths of stainless steel wire mesh:0.914 meters, 1 meter, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, 2 meters
The general length of stainless steel wire mesh is 30 meters; special lengths: 15 meters, 61 meters, 91.5 meters
Characteristics of stainless steel wire mesh:It has properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
Weaving methods of stainless steel wire mesh:Plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, sieve-type twill weave, double-wire Dutch weave, five-surface weave.
Plain weave:Each warp thread crosses over and under each weft thread; the warp and weft threads are of the same thickness and are woven at a right angle.
Twill weave:Each warp thread crosses over and under every two weft threads; each weft thread crosses over and under every two warp threads.
Dense weave:The diameters of the warp and weft threads are different, as are the mesh counts; characterized by sparse warp and dense weft, thick warp and fine weft. The length direction is the warp thread, and the width direction is the weft thread. Dense mesh is further divided into sieve-type plain weave and sieve-type twill weave.
Sieve-type twill weave:Each wire crosses over and under every two weft threads; each weft thread crosses over and under every two wires.
Double-wire Dutch weave:This weaving is very similar to twill Dutch weaving; there are two weft wires that can be tightly stacked with the warp wires. This type of fabric is often used for filtering at the micron level.
Five-surface weave:This weaving uses several separate wires instead of single wires for both warp and weft. This weaving provides a stronger and more durable stainless steel fabric based on twill weaving.
Uses of stainless steel wire mesh:Used in industries such as mining, petroleum, chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and machinery manufacturing.
